Since the end of Season 3, we’ve been anxiously waiting for the release date of Stranger Things Season 4 and now we have it!
When Season 4 is available to watch it will be over 3 years since the season 3 finale but, we can’t get too upset because it would’ve come soon if it wasn’t for ‘you know what’. But, the return to Hawkin’s is almost here and we couldn’t be more excited.
The whole gang will be back on our screen after somehow surviving the trials and tribulations of season 3.

For the first time, Stranger Things season 4 will be coming in two parts, Volume 1 airing on May 27th and Volume 2 on July 1st. Netflix teased the synopsis:
‘It’s not all good news for our ‘American’; he is imprisoned far from home in the snowy wasteland of Kamchatka, where he will face dangers both human… and other,’
‘Meanwhile, back in the States, a new horror is beginning to surface, something long-buried, something that connects everything.’
During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Matt and Ross Duffer said that season four is ‘going to open up a little bit… not necessarily in terms of scale, in terms of special effects, but open up in terms of allowing plotlines into areas outside of Hawkins.’

Matt shared with Deadline: ‘We like to look at each season as kind of its own complete story. We do have a pretty large mythology… and season by season, we’re turning the page and revealing a little bit more and more. So we do have a general sense of where we’re going. We’ve known the ending of the show for quite a while,’
