I can’t quite believe that Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Years is 20 this year…I feel sooooo old!

And with the 20th anniversary of the nation’s beloved sitcom looming, the question on everyone’s lips is, ‘is a reboot of the show going to happen?’

Well, if you’re not already in the loop, Two Pints with Will and Ralf is actually being broadcast via The Viral Group right now and a podcast version is also available to listen to on Acast, Spotify and iTunes. There’s a whole two seasons to get through too – check it out!

As well as helping us through lockdown with their Two Pints podcast, Will and Ralf dropped some BIG news yesterday on The Viral Group and Two Pints socia media handles that there’s more to come, which has sent fans of the iconic show into a spin…

Excited by the news one fan commented, “OOOOOOOOMGGGGGG!!!!! I am so happy right now.”

Another eagle-eyed social media user said, “I just noticed in the contacts along with biscuit delivery, Donna, Gaz and Squeaky it says wifey, is that Janet or someone else???”

Two decades after Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps first aired, it still holds a nostalgic place in many viewers hearts and we can’t wait to see it back on our screens!

For those of you who need a refresh regarding the premise of the show, it first hit our screens 2001 and gave us a hysterical window into the lives of five relatable twentysomethings.

Created and written by Susan Nickson and set in Runcorn, Cheshire, Two Pints served up many iconic moments as it followed the ups and inevitable downs in the lives of Gaz, Donna, Janet, Jonny and Louise.
