The story began when Thomas’s owner, Ben, invested in some comedic false teeth to give himself a laugh in quarantine…and it worked out better than he could ever have imagined.
Ben Campbell, a psychologist from the USA, thought some daft selfies would help cheer him and his friends up, but brilliantly, his tiny terrier had other plans.
Noticing the gnashers had been left unattended on the table, Thomas made his move and managed to perfectly place the teeth into his mouth.
Unable to control his laughter, Ben attempts to retrieve the teeth, but that only made Thomas more determined to keep them!
In the video Ben snorts with laughter as his Tom Cruise impersonating pup continues to give him the slip, asking: “Thomas, what are you doing?” as he struggles to breathe.
The video has racked up millions of views on YouTube and Thomas has proved to be the hero we never knew we needed.
