The UK’s leading student freelance platform has launched its first-ever 24 Under 24 Awards, a nationwide celebration of the country’s most ambitious, creative, and impactful young people.

These awards recognise the rising generation redefining success — from designers and digital storytellers to entrepreneurs and changemakers.

Spotlighting Young Innovators

Launched on 3rd November 2025, the UniTaskr 24 Under 24 Awards invite applications from 18 to 24-year-oldsacross the UK.

Entrants can apply for one of six categories, each reflecting a different way young people are shaping the future:

Creative & Design – Visionary designers, illustrators, and brand builders.
Content & Social Media – Creators connecting audiences and sparking conversations.
Entrepreneurship & Business – Founders and innovators redefining modern work.
Photography & Videography – Visual storytellers capturing creativity through the lens.
Entertainment & Culture – Performers, musicians, and creators shaping modern culture.
Social Impact & Leadership – Changemakers driving progress in their communities.

Entries close on Friday, 16th January 2026, with winners announced in early March.

Recognition That Opens Doors

This isn’t just about titles — it’s about transformation.

Every entry will go through a rigorous judging process followed by a public vote. Then, a panel of industry experts will select four finalists in each category before announcing the 24 winners.

Since its launch in 2019, UniTaskr has grown from a student gig app into a thriving freelance marketplace with more than 350,000 users.

It connects students with flexible work, helping them gain real-world experience while earning money. The platform has already partnered with major brands such as Adobe, Amazon, Uber Eats, and Red Bull, bridging the gap between education and employment.

Now, with the 24 Under 24 Awards, UniTaskr is taking its mission further — spotlighting those already shaping the UK’s creative and entrepreneurial landscape.
