Following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe V Wade Bette Midler called for the US to ban Viagra.
The Hocus Pocus star took to social media to voice her feelings about the medication that treats erectile dysfunction.
She tweeted, “Time to ban Viagra. Because if pregnancy is ‘God’s will’, then so is your limp d**k.”

Midler’s statement was met with the support of many fans, with some replying, “I love it. The Republican limp d**k party.”
“Been saying this for years.”
“My brother-in-law asked if they are going to ban condoms in red states – birth control right?”
Couldn’t have said it better myself.”
Bette Midler is set to appear in the ‘Hocus Pocus’ sequel later this year and has not been afraid to voice her opinions on the Supreme Court’s decision to give abortion legislation rights decisions back to the US states.
They did it. THEY DID IT TO US! #SCOTUS has overturned #RoevWade, enshrined in the Constitution as settled law for over 50 years. How dare they? This #SCOTUS is absolutely tone-deaf to the will and even the actual needs of the American people. #WakeUpAmerica

Reports suggest that 26 states are looking into banning abortions already following the Supreme Court ruling.
So far thirteen states, including Mississippi, Texas and Louisiana, have passed ‘trigger laws’ to criminalise abortion which have automatically gone into effect following the decision over the weekend.
A Louisiana judge managed to block these ‘trigger laws’ that were going to remove abortion rights immediately across the state.
Robin M Giarrusso, Orleans Parish Civil District Court Judge issued a temporary injunction which prevented the state from implementing the ban. A Utah judge also blocked the ‘trigger laws’ after Planned Parenthood spoke out about the narrow exceptions for rape, the mother’s health, and incest.
