BitGo is strengthening the connection between institutional crypto infrastructure and decentralised finance with a new integration for Hyperliquid. The development allows eligible clients to connect BitGo self-custody hot wallets directly to the decentralised trading platform.
The integration uses WalletConnect, allowing users to interact with Hyperliquid while keeping their existing BitGo wallet infrastructure in place. For professional traders, this could remove some of the friction associated with moving between institutional wallet systems and decentralised applications.
