Laughter really is the best medicine, but at the heart of the jokes is a really serious message and one that we all have a duty to address. Gender imbalance is very real and the world is still not equal. This year’s theme for IWD2021 was to #ChooseToChallenge – because a challenged world is an alert world and from challenge comes change. So let’s all choose to challenge.
