This is a once-in-a-lifetime moment where a vulture not only flies alongside but perches on the lap of this paraglider 100-ft in the air.
Paraglider Ricardo Guimarães Cunha was doing his thing in the mountainous region of Pacatuba, Ceará, Brazil when he spotted this incredible creature flying alongside him. He quickly turned his GoPro to record the event.
The 30-year-old’s original plan was to capture some footage of the insanely stunning scenery but to his surprise that wasn’t all he captured.
Flying alongside him was an eerie yet beautiful vulture which to his surprise landed on him.
He’s lucky they only really prey on dead animals as it would’ve been quite the eventful descent. Did you know back in 2013 a ‘wake’ of vultures devoured the body of a woman just a few minutes after when fell to her death while hiking?
